Keeping both front end and back end functionality in
mind, Bamboo River will design and present you with
two custom website designs. We’ll base their
concepts on information you supply in our
questionnaire and phone interview. Both will be
visually compelling and easy for both you and your
patients to use. We’ll work with you to select the
final design, which will undergo three rounds of
revision to complete content (text and images). You
can choose to use our content (text and stock
imagery), supply your own or hire us to write text
and select images for you.
Website Design +
Administration Tool for Content Management -

With this custom-designed website, you can really
highlight and promote your office, staff and the
benefits of the quality services you offer. Thanks
to an integrated content management system, you have
an administration tool that makes it easy to update
and change your images and text at any time.
Additional features include search engine
optimization (SEO), tracking tools and email
campaign setup. You can select from a variety of
pages, including about us, meet our staff, benefits,
contact us with map link, resources, community and
pages that describe preventative, cosmetic,

OVERVIEW OF GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES
Bamboo River Dental Marketing’s focus is on getting

worked closely with a range of businesses for more
than 15 years, we can be counted on to convey
messages that make people connect, interact and
positively respond. Bamboo River meetings, design
presentations and revision process will be conducted
over the phone or using email. This different
business model allows us to offer our services at a
lower cost.
Custom Logo & Stationery
$2,300
Bamboo River will work with you to design your
custom logo. We will present five to eight concepts
and narrow the options to your final choice within
three rounds. Once you’ve selected the final logo,
we will present two stationery package concepts and
revise those in two rounds to reach the final
designs . The standard stationery package includes
business card, letterhead, envelope, appointment
card and thank you card. Additional items can be
added if needed. (See below.)
Additional Stationery
Items/Internals $500
Additional items may include special forms, Rx pads,
recall forms, etc—we can talk in more detail about
what you need. You can help minimize costs by
sending us your existing forms and anything already
in digital format. We will present one design layout
for each item, which will complement the look of
your existing stationery design. One round of
adjustments will complete the design.
Stationery System $500
Includes business card (with appointment reminder
back), letterhead and envelope. We will present two
stationery package concepts and revise them and
determine the final stationery system in two rounds.
We can send PDF files for you to print or handle
printing for you.
Office Brochure $2,000
We have found that brochures help increase referrals
and promote additional service offerings to existing
patients. We can design a brochure that will promote
your service offerings, introduce you and your staff
to your patients, introduce innovations and/or
technology and promote other key information. This
is a three-panel, full-color design with a finished
size of 4x9 or 7x5. We’ll present two concepts,
choose one and revise them to determine the final
design in two-three rounds.
One Large Postcard $1,400
A direct mail campaign can increase your business
when it’s sent to the same target audience multiple
times in one year. Our large postcard designs
feature particular services, promote the benefits of
your practice and offer a specific promotion for
response. We will present two layouts and help you
select the final design within two rounds of
revision. This is a full-color, two-sided design
with a finished size of 5.5x8 or similar.
Two Large Postcards $2,500
The advantage of designing and printing two
postcards at the same time is that you can
essentially print one of the cards for free. Each
postcard will feature slightly different information
and layout, while building your brand image. We will
present two layouts and help you select the final
design within two rounds of revision. This is a
full-color, two-sided design with a finished trim of
5.5x8 or similar.
Folded Direct Mailer $4,000
If you want to promote more about your practice, to
be known as an expert in specific service areas or
to introduce yourself to a new demographic area, a
folded brochure mailer is essential. We will present
two layouts and help you select the final design
within two rounds of revision. This is a full-color,
two-sided design with a finished size of 5.5x8 or
similar.
Sign Design & Coordination
with a Local Sign Shop $800
We will design an exterior sign that complements
your brand identity. We’ll present two layouts and
help you select the final design within two rounds
of revision. Plus, we’ll suggest products and
coordinate production with a local sign shop.

Preliminary Production Schedule: Upon receipt of this form, some
one at Bamboo River Dental Marketing will be in touch with you via email
or phone call to schedule our first phone conversation which will
include selecting payment and a 10-15 minute discussion about the
project(s). Once we have received your first payment via credit card or
check, we will begin doing the design concepts. Depending on the project
we typically need 1-2 weeks for concept development and a couple weeks
of going back-and-forth on revisions.
Payment Schedule: For projects under $5,000, 1/2 is due upon
order and the remainder is due upon final approval/delivery. For
projects above $5,000, we receive 1/3 up front, 1/3 half way and the
remainder due upon final approval/delivery. A typical project takes 4-8
weeks from start to finish. Upon final approval, another payment will be
made. Upon delivery or project completion a final payment will be due.
